Advanced Specialized Services:

Our focus is on delivering complex medical procedures that require top-tier equipment and multidisciplinary teams:

Afzalipour Bone marrow Transplant (BMT) Center

This unit provides both Autologous and Allogeneic stem cell transplantation for adult and pediatric patients.

  • Autologous transplant: uses the patient’s own stem cells and has a lower risk of rejection.

  • Allogeneic transplant: uses stem cells from a compatible donor to help rebuild a healthy blood and immune system.

  • Additional services include leukapheresis and, when required, complete post-transplant care and monitoring.

  • After discharge, patients are followed weekly or monthly, based on their medical condition.

  • Prior to discharge, patients receive clear verbal and written instructions and educational booklets.

  • Patients have 24-7 telephone access to the ward and can directly contact the nursing staff, who coordinate with the treating physician when needed.

  • Assisted reproductive techniques: IVF, ICSI, IUI

Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI)

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a type of assisted reproductive technique in which washed and prepared sperm is injected directly into the uterine cavity. This process increases the chance of contact between the egg and sperm within the uterine environment, thereby improving the likelihood of pregnancy. IUI is a simple and widely used method in the treatment of infertility

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

The oldest and most effective among infertility treatments. The term in vitro means “in glass,” referring to the fact that fertilization was originally performed in glass containers in the laboratory; today, this process is carried out in specialized plastic laboratory tubes.

Because the chance of fertilization between the male reproductive cell (sperm) and the female reproductive cell (egg) is higher in a laboratory environment than in the abdominal cavity, this method is used to achieve pregnancy. In IVF, mature eggs are collected from the woman and fertilized with sperm in the laboratory. After 3 to 5 days of development, the resulting embryo is transferred into the uterus.
